Ready to move on?  The moves in this class, and the one below, require more upper body strength, because the pole work has more intense moves.  You will learn how to add onto your pole seat poses & upside down moves in this class.  Please, note that you will need to wear shorts in this class.
Intermediate moves are built upon the basic/inter moves. 
Prerequisite: Basic and Basic/Inter Pole Dance Class

Class rules and policies:
  • Class will not be held without prepayment.
  • You must reschedule 8 hours prior to start of class. 
  • Sorry, no refunds. 
  • You must be a woman at least 18 years of age or older to register for classes.  (16 with a parent taking the class too). 
  • Class credits, packages and memberships are not transferable.
  • For safety reasons no one will be allowed in any class 10 minutes after the class begins. No refunds or class credits will be given.
  • Only women taking the class are allowed in the studio during class.
  • You can ONLY sign-up yourself under your account.  To sign-up a friend they must have their own account.  See the "facts" page for more information.
  • Online sign-up continues up to 15 minutes prior to start of class. Unless, there are no sign-ups.  If there are no sign-ups 3 hours prior to the start time, the class will be automatically canceled.
  • All classes are subject to change. 
  • The POLE Classes MUST be taken in order.   You must remain in your correct level or lower.  For safety reasons if you are signed up for a specialty class you are not ready for, you WILL be remove from that class, and that credit will be put back into your MindBody/Stiletto Fitness account.   It will not be refunded, but it can be used for the correct level class. 
  • Our Fitness, Pole, & Aerial classes run weekly.   But, our "Fun" classes run every 1-3 months.   Fun classes switch up every month.  Those are: Lapdancing, Burlesque, Chair Dancing, Hula Hooping, etc... Watch the calendar and/or signup for the monthly newsletter.  Note: Classes such as Art of the Tease Lapdancing would be held more around Valentines day.  So it may be offered 3 times in February & then not again until the summer.   Any can be booked as a private or party.   "Fun" classes are not as much of a workout, but they are just a fun time.

Never pole danced before? Then this is the place to start.  We begin with stretching, some sexy Pilates, and start to learn how to get in touch with the body.  You will learn basic pole spins such as the Step-around, the Fireman, the Hook, along with other sexy moves.    We will then put it all together into a sexy dance routine. 
You will build your upperbody strength in this class, something most women lack.  You will need this upperbody strength for the more more advanced classes.   Note: Basic Pole Class will give you the fundamentals for all of the other pole classes.

Basic Pole Fitness Class                              $25.00 per class
This is time for you to practice.  No instructor and no pole work will be taught during this class.  You must have completed at least one pole classes to attend.   Don't forget to bring your Ipod.  This open time is held in studio 1. 
Note: No training of others during this session.   If you are needing to use studio for anything else then pole practice then ask about private sessions. 
Prerequisite: A Basic Pole Dance Class

Strap on your stiletto's for one sexy workout.  We will get our bodies in motion with a slow, core strengthening , and then turn the heat up!   Moving into nothing but sexy chair dancing to keep your heartache up.   
You will never look at a chair the same way again.

Learn to dance like a Pussycat Doll, where attitude is everything. 
We will combine basic pole work with sexy dance moves.  You will learn an entire choreographed routine in this class. 
This is a great class to learn transitions & sexy moves around the pole. 
Prerequisite: Basic Pole Dance 
New students can attend this class if you know the basics.

Think you can't wear stripper shoes?  Think again.  After a few of these classes you will have catwalk type confidence.  
This class is designed to help you walk tall & confident.  It's like bootcamp in heels!

We will also tone and tighten your midsection, strengthen your body, and create long, lean, strong legs.  Pullups on the pole anyone?  Yes, you will be doing those moves too. 

After a sexy stretching warmup, we will then move into 25 minutes of core work, sculpting you a sexy stomach.  We may use the pole, chair, balls, and/or rollers to get deep into your core muscles. 
All the body's movements originate in the core.  So, a strong core equals stability, when walking in high heels!    We will also be doing pole strength conditioning exercise and finishing with sexy squats and lunges to sculpt your legs.

Learn the sexy art of seduction with the naughty classes.  Your instructor will get your hips swinging and having you strutting your stuff in no time.  This class is designed to focus on the body's beautiful form, as you workout without even knowing it, with all the sexy dance moves.
You may use the boas, fans, hats, chairs, pole or nothing at all.  
Make sure to wear something that makes you feel sexy to this class.  Such as fishnets under your shorts.  This class is designed to bring out your inner sexy kitten.

This is a higher level pole class taking the moves from Basic/Inter and adding on.
You will learn more combinations & pole tricks.    This is a harder pole class, and you need good body awareness to attend.  Don't worry we do have pole mats for those harder moves.

Now that you have learned the fundamentals of pole, it's time to really practice those moves.  You will continue to practice the basic moves, but they will not be broken down into step like the basic class.  You will also start to learn how to hold yourself up on the pole by just using your legs, how to use only one arm for your spins, plus we will work on climbs and poses with the pole.  We will also be going upside down in this class. 
You will need to wear shorts & bring your stilettos with you to this class.
You must start at basic because basic/inter moves are built upon the basic moves.

Art of the Tease Class (Lapdance)     $15.00 per class
Sculpt your body as you learn the art of entertaining as someone is seated in an front of you.  (You will be dancing in class to an empty chair in class).
This is not chair dancing…it is dancing in front of and entertaining a seated subject.
Learn how to move sensually, build anticipation, and slowly strip down. 
You will learn a tempting striptease and a lap dance you can perform with just a chair and a smile. There is no nudity in this workshop, we will layer clothing over our workout clothes and strip down to our workout clothes.   Make sure you bring an open mind to this class.

Most ladies need to take this class between 3-6X before moving to the Basic/Intermediate pole class.

This is the 2nd level in the pole classes.  Most ladies need to take this class level between 8-10X before moving to the Intermediate pole class.

Aerial Yoga & Stretch                                    $15.00 per class 

In the classes you will learn a variety of thrilling, and challenging pole maneuvers.   You will learn how to hold yourself up onto the pole with no-hands, along with the most challenging of the spins!   
Not everyone will be able to take this class!  You do need good body awareness and core strength.
Please note that you will need to wear shorts in this class. 
For safety you must have instructor permission to attend this class.
Prerequisite: Basic and Intermediate Pole Dance Class.







Circus Aerial Fit Advanced                            $25.00 per class

Cirque Soleil here we come!  Now that you have leared the basics & how to engage your shoulders, etc...it is time for more high flying fun.  This class you will work on more advance moves with the silks, hoops/lyra, and trapaeze. 
You will warm up with jump ropes, drills, core work and deep stretches. 

Prerequisite: Must Have Instructors Okay
You will want to wear long yoga type pants and barefoot for this class.  No shorts or jewelry in this class.

You will work your core every way possable in this class.  From planks & pikes in the aerial swings, to bicycles on the mat, stabilty balls, bender balls & poles & Pilates.  We have it covered.  This is a FULL 45 minutes of only abs...yes only abs.  It is challenging but you will feel great when done!  The class will give you that sexy 6 pack body that we all want.
It is the perfect exercise regime to compliment pole dancing,because it prepares the student by strengthening the core.  A strong core is absolutely necessary to engage in pole work effectively.
Prerequisite: None /Beginners welcome
No stilettos.  Bring your tennis-shoes or socks.

As a new student you may sign-up for any $15 REGULAR class.   The regular classes can be modified to fit your fitness level.   Regular classes are any class that does not have a pole in it.  Such as: Chair Dancing, Zumba, Sexy Stiletto's, Booty & Abs. 

The $25 SPECIALTY Pole and Aerial Fit Classes MUST be taken in order.  
 
Order of the POLE Classes:
~You will start with Basic Pole Tricks/Dance first!   (You will need approx 3-5 Basic Pole Classes to move to the next level).  Student can move up when she feels ready. 
~You will then take Basic/Inter Pole Dance.   (You will need approx 5-8 Basic/Inter Pole Classes to move to the next level).  Student can move up when she feels ready. ~Then Intermediate Pole Dance - Highest level student can move into without instructors permission.  
~Tricky Tricks - MUST HAVE OKAY TO ATTEND A TRICKY TRICKS
~Then Advanced Pole-MUST HAVE OKAY TO ATTEND ADVANCED
We do NOT hold our pole dancing classes in 4/5 week sessions that you have to come on the same day and time.  We know how hard that is to work into your busy schedule.  You can pick & choose when you would like to attend your next class.  You can come one time a week, or ten times a week, it's up to you.  You just must remain in your correct level or lower.  Pole classes build on what you learned in prior classes.

In pole classes we want everyone to be at the same level in a class to prevent any injuries. 

Note: If you are dropping back a level or are from another pole school, you must stay with what the instructors is teaching during the teaching part of the class.   You may do your own tricks at the end during the "free dance" song or attend Pole Play (no instructor) instead.  

Pole Fitness Class Levels:
1. Basic Pole Dance/Tricks.
2. Basic/Inter Pole Dance/Tricks (or PussyCat Dolls).
3. Intermediate Pole

Order of the AERIAL FIT Classes:
~ Basic Aerial - (You will need approx 8-12 basic classes to move to next level). You will learn how to stabilize & stretch your shoulders, core & body to prevent any injuries from the more extreme aerial techniques.  
~ Inter/Adv Aerial - MUST HAVE INSTRUCTORS OKAY TO ATTEND. 


For safety reasons if we see that you are signed up for a specialty pole class you are not ready for, you WILL be remove from that class, and that credit will be put back into your MindBody/Stiletto Fitness account.   It will not be refunded, but it can be used for the correct level class.     
Note: Even if you have prior pole experience EVERYONE new to our studio will need to start with Basic Pole first, even with prior experience due to safety.   After the a basic pole class we then can move you up to your correct level.    If you are a prior student of ours, but have not attended a class in over 6 months, you will need to drop back one level to review the tricks.

This class uses the basic - basic/inter pole moves & enhances them with transitions & floor work.   Learn mini pole moves/routines that you can incorporate into your own dance routine.  You will crawl, flip, trick & transition yourself into your own sexy routine.  It is a great full body workout.

Feel like a kid again in this hot Hula Hooping Class.  It will whittle down your waist as you hoop away.

Aerial Play (Open Aerial Room Practice Time)                $15.00 per session
This is open time for you to practice with fellow students.   No instructor and no new work will be taught during this class.  You must have completed at least one aerial classes to attend.  Don't forget to bring your Ipod.
We will have at least one of each up: Aerial silk, hoop, trapeze, yoga swing, spinning pole, static pole.
There may be up to 8 ladies in this session, so you may need to share equipment.  Private sessions are also available to practice by yourself. 
For safety you may not train other during this session.  If you are an instructor looking for a place to train then ask us about room rental. 
In this class you will walk out feeling 10 inches taller.  
We will start with breath work, or basic stretching,  as you leave your stresses of the day behind.
You will be using the yoga swings for inversions (help with lymph flow) as well as stretching, poses and more.

Prerequisite: None/Beginners welcome!

Learn basic skills on the aerial silks, hoop & trapeze in a fun and safe environment.  This class focuses on conditioning your body to prepare for more advanced aerial techniques, while increasing your core strength and overall fitness. 
Prepare to challenge yourself and climb to new heights in this exciting new class!
